Nasir Hossain ton props Bangladesh A to 252 for 8 against India A in 2nd one-dayer

Bangladesh A have posted a fighting total on board in the second of the three one-dayers against India A. India A won the first one-dayer by a margin of 96 runs and will be eyeing a series win by wining the second one-dayer. Bangladesh A reached the total of 252 for the loss of eight wickets in the allotted 50 overs, courtesy of cameos from the lower middle order after the India A bowlers ran through the top order for Bangladesh A.  Nasir Hossain was the highest scorer for them scoring a brilliant century. He was the lone fighter for the visitors and would have ideally wished for more support. Live cricket updates: India A vs Bangladesh A, 2nd one-dayer
India won the toss and inserted Bangladesh A into bat and the visitors looked in all sorts of trouble at 66 for 3. It was Rishi Dhawan who stepped up for India A with the new ball and got rid of both the internationals in the top order, Soumya Sarkar and Mominul Haque. Anamul Haque then fell for a score of 34 to the spin of Karn Sharma. Karn returned to dismiss Sabbir Rahman to reduce Bangladesh A to 82 for 5.
It was the stand between Nasir Hossain and Liton Das that steadied them. The 70-run stand got them some respectability before Dhawan came back to dismiss Das just five short of a well fought half-century. Nasir though went on his way to register his fifty.  Raina chipped in with the wicket of Arafat Sunny who was giving good support to Nasir. Read: India ‘A’ vs Bangladesh ‘A’ 2nd one-dayer: Preview
